Creating/Editing Calendar Events

Here we will be discussing how to create and/or edit a calendar event for your school. This will be done via the Admin portal for your school’s ClassReach account. You can create a calendar event as an Admin for the school. You can designate the event to a single Section, multiple Sections, the entire school, or just to your own calendar. This documentation will discuss how to set up the different options of this.

  • Sign in to your Admin ClassReach account.
  • Navigate to the Calendar tab at the top of the screen.

To Create a New Event

To Edit a Current Event

  • The current month’s calendar will load here.
  • Use the Left and Right arrow icons at the top left of the window to navigate to different months.
  • Click on an Event to expand it and show the details.
  • Click Edit Event at the bottom right of the window.
  • This will then load a similar window that the event was originally created on.
  • Edit all desired fields.
  • Once all fields are complete, click Save.
