Editing Persons

As an Admin, you may be able to edit persons within you school’s account. This is a permissions based task, if you do not see some options discussed in this document then you may need to contact an administrator for your school to ensure you have proper permissions. There are only three tabs that are controlled by ClassReach: Basic, School, and Transfer, all other tabs are controlled by your People Forms, if you would like these adjusted then you will need to go to the Settings tab to adjust them.

  • Sign in to your Admin ClassReach account
  • Navigate to the People tab at the top of the screen.
  • Use the search bar in the left hand column to find the user by name.
  • -or-
  • Use the filters in the left hand column by selecting all that apply to your user.
  • Locate and then Click on the User you would like edit.
  • Once all desired fields are complete. Click the Save Icon within the tabs.
