Enabling/Disabling Agenda Feature

As an Admin you may be able to enable and disable the Agenda feature for your school. This is a permissions based task, if you do not see some of the options/button described in this document, then you may need to contact another administrator for you school. You will need to be granted the proper permissions, then you can complete the following task. The Agenda feature is a great way to help students stay organized and up to date with their assignments, homeworks, and projects for all of their classes.

Important Note: If you do not have an Admin account you must ask an administrator of your school to enable/disable the agenda feature.

  • Sign in to your Admin ClassReach account.
  • Navigate to the Settings tab.
  • Click School Information under the section School Settings.
  • Click the Edit button at the top right of the screen. This will allow you to edit all editable fields on this page.
  • Under ClassReach Settings you will find the option to Enable Agenda Feature? If you would like to Enable the Agenda Feature, then select Yes. If you would like to Disable the Agenda Feature, then select No.
  • Click Save at the top right of the screen to save the changes made.

Important Note: If the Agenda feature is disabled then it will only prevent new agendas from being created. It will not erase any previously created agendas and current agendas can still be edited.
