Financial Overview

As an Admin you may be able to view and edit the Financial Suite within your school’s account. If you do not see some of the options/button described in these documents, then please contact another administrator. You will need to be granted the proper permissions, then you can complete the described tasks. The Financial feature is a great, easy to use tool, to collect and then track payments for tuition in addition to other expenses for your families.

Important Notice! If you would like the Financial Suite turned on for your account then please contact support via our ticket system!

The ClassReach Financial Feature allows you to manage the payments between your school and your families, then are able to invoice, accept payments, report on payment statuses, and much more!

Credit and Debit Cards:

  • Stripe Fees:Stripe fees vary per account; the default Stripe fees for card payments are 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. These fees will be taken out of your Stripe payouts. Please contact Stripe to learn more about the fees for your account and to discuss alternate pricing options, nonprofits are eligible for a rate of 2.2% + 30¢ per transaction.
  • ClassReach Fees: A ClassReach service fee of 2% of the total payment amount (capped at $100.00 per charge) during checkout.

ACH Debits:

  • Stripe Fees:Stripe fees vary per account; the default Stripe fees for ACH payments are 0.8% (capped at $5) per transaction. These fees will be taken out of your Stripe payouts after your customer has paid. Contact Stripe to learn more about the fees for your account and to discuss alternate pricing options.
  • ClassReach Fees: A ClassReach service fee of 1% of the total payment amount (capped at $100.00 per charge) during checkout.

Starting the Financial Feature

If you are just starting to use Financials for you school then there are a few things you you should set up in order to have your account ready:
