Inputting/Editing School’s Credit Card Information

As an Admin, you may be able to input credit card information within the Billing area for your ClassReach account, following this we will discuss how to set up your Credit Card information to ensure your ClassReach bill is taken care of. This is a permissions based action, if you do not see some of the buttons and/or options described in this document then you may need to contact an Admin of your system to ensure all proper permissions have been given to complete the needed tasks.   • Sign in to your Admin ClassReach account.
  • Navigate to the Settings tab at the top of your screen.
  • Next click Billing under the School Settings window.
  • Click Update Credit Card Information¬†and after that fill out all relevant fields.
    • Name on Card*: This is the name as it appears on the credit card.
    • Card Number*: This is the credit card number.
    • Expiration Date*: This is the date the card expires.
    • Security*: This is the three digit code found on the back of the card.
    • Zip Code*: This is the zip code for the billing address attached the card.
  • Click Save.
