Messaging Overview

The messaging feature is a good way to contact anyone within ClassReach. Email notifications are sent out to the registered email address whenever a message is received in ClassReach. Parents are also copied on all messaged received and sent by their students.


In Messages, users have the ability to create Message Groups. For example, you may create a group for a PTO or athletic teams.

As an admin, you also have the ability to send mass messages to Roles, meaning you can type into the Recipient field ‘All Guardians’, ‘All Teachers’, ‘All Students’ or any combination of these, and the message will go to all active users with that role.
