Reporting on a Form

As an Admin you have the ability of reporting on a form within your ClassReach account. This means that once you have collected responses to a form within your account, you can then report on those responses. Reporting on a form allows for easy, organized access to the data gathered.


  • Sign in to your Admin ClassReach Account.
  • Navigate to the Reports tab
  • Click the +Report¬†button from the left column then your Report Builder will load
  • Under the Custom column, select the Form Responses report
  • Click Next
  • Select the Form you would like to report on from the drop down
  • Click Next
  • Select the proper Submission Status you would like to report on
    • If you would like a report for Submitted forms, then ensure Submitted is selected.
    • If you would like a report for Pending (not yet submitted) forms, then ensure Pending is selected.
  • You can also create an Advanced Filter by using the Add a Filter button.

  • Select the columns for your report
    • Use the drop-down to add all of the columns you would like your report to include.
    • Use the “Hamburger” icons (3 lines on the left of the added column names) to drag and drop the order in which you would like to the columns.
  • Click Next
  • Select the criteria you would like to sort by and then the order (ascending/descending)
  • Click Next
  • Select the format you would like to the report in
    • CSV File – A CSV download of your report which you can then open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other similar application.
    • PDF File – A PDF download of your report which you can then be open in Adobe Reader or any other similar application.
    • Printable Web Page – A web page which is pre-formatted for printing which you can then easily print from any browser.
  • Click Next
  • Add a Name for your report
  • Select your save/run options
    • Save and Run – will save your report in your Reports tab as well as run it, then you can keep access to the report.
    • Run w/o saving – will run your report and not save it, then you will not be able to accessible it unless you save it to your device.
  • Click the green Run button
