You may have the ability of submitting form responses within your ClassReach account. This is a great way to ensure your school has full, up to date information. Forms are created via the admin side of the system, if you do not see a form that you feel you should, then you may need to contact an admin for your school. Have them check the form and then ensure it has the proper settings.
Sign in to your ClassReach account.
Click Forms in the left hand side bar.
This will load all the forms you have access to starting at the top with the forms Requiring your attention and moving towards the bottom to Previously Submitted.
Locate the Form you would like to submit a response for.
Click Start Response
Fill out all relevant fields in the form.
Click Submit.
