Viewing and Editing Invoices

In this document we are discussing how to view and then edit invoices that have already been posted to your Customers. This will be done from the ClassReach Admin Panel and is a permissions based task, so if you do not see some of the options and buttons discussed you may not have the proper permissions. If this is the case, then you will need to contact an Admin for your school and ensure the proper permissions are given to your users based on the tasks you need to complete.

  • Sign in to your Admin ClassReach account
  • Navigate to the Financials tab
  • Navigate to the Customers tab in the window
  • Select the Customer’s account you would like to view/edit the invoice for
  • Navigate to the Invoices tab with in the Customer window
  • Select the Invoice you would like to View or Edit

To Edit Scheduled Invoices (Have yet to be posted)

  • Click the Edit Invoice button at the bottom of the invoice
  • Here you can edit the:
    •  Post Date: the date in which the invoice will then be posted for the customer to see
    • Due Date: the date in which the invoice will then be due
  • Click the Save button

To Edit Posted Invoices (Have already been posted)

    • Click the Edit Invoice button at the bottom of the invoice
    • Click I want to edit the Post Date

Editing the Post Date for a posted invoice may cause the invoice to become unposted, and may also require the Due Date to be pushed back

  • Now you can edit the:
    •  Post Date: the date in which the invoice will then be posted for the customer to see
    • Due Date: the date in which the invoice will then be due
  • Click the Save button
