You may have the ability to View Forms for your school. Forms are a great way to ensure all of your information is up to date and accurate. They are also a good way to ensure everyone has the needed information. Forms are created and set at the admin level. If you do not see a form you feel you should then you may need to contact an admin for your school. Have them locate the form and then ensure the settings on the form are correct.

• Sign in to your ClassReach account.
• Click Forms in the left hand sidebar.
• This will load all the forms you have access to starting at the top with the forms Requiring your attention and moving towards the bottom to Previously Submitted.
