Viewing/Submitting Form Responses

Viewing and Submitting form responses is a permission you may have as an Admin. Form Responses are the submitted forms you receive from a published form. It is important to review these when needed to stay on top of the information coming into your school. This is a permissions based task, if you do not see some of the options and/or button described in this document then you may need to contact an admin for your school. Have the admin check your profile and then ensure you have the proper permissions to complete the needed tasks.

  • Sign in to your Admin ClassReach account.
  • Navigate to the Forms tab at the top of your screen.
  • Navigate to the Form Responses tab in the center of the window.

If you are trying to view past responses:

  • Click View Response by the response you would like to view.

If you are trying to submit a new response:

  • Click the +Start Response button by the form you would like to add a response for.

Important Note: If you have multiple roles in the school and are trying to submit a response as another role, for example, guardian of a student, you must switch to that role.
